Blaqbonez sues Odumodublvck for ₦2 billion

The Nigerian hip-hop scene is facing a serious legal battle as rapper Blaqbonez has taken Odumodublvck to court over allegations of defamation and harassment. Through his legal representatives at Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors, Blaqbonez filed a comprehensive lawsuit on July 7, 2026, accusing Odumodublvck (born Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu) of waging a persistent campaign of harmful online publications and intimidation. The legal memorandum details specific accusations that Odumodublvck allegedly made false statements calling Blaqbonez a “sexual abuser” and “sexual abusing bastard”—claims the lawsuit describes as entirely fabricated and malicious. Beyond the ₦2 billion in general damages, Blaqbonez is seeking an additional ₦500 million in aggravated damages and ₦50 million to cover legal costs. The suit demands that Odumodublvck delete all offending content from his social media platforms, issue a public apology that must remain pinned to his verified accounts for 30 consecutive days, and face a permanent injunction preventing any future defamatory statements.

The legal filing also references allegations of physical harassment, assault, battery, and threats to Blaqbonez’s safety, though these claims have yet to be examined in court. As of now, Odumodublvck has remained silent on the allegations, with no public response to the lawsuit.
