The original Mr Bee already proved Rybeena’s staying power, landing at number nine on Pulse Nigeria’s Best Projects of 2025 list. That project showcased his versatility through collaborations with Joeboy, Shoday, and Fuji legend King Dr. Saheed Osupa, blending contemporary Afrobeats with traditional Nigerian sounds. Now, as he prepares the deluxe edition, Rybeena has locked in his future with Dapper through a renewed deal signed on June 15, 2026, at the company’s Lagos headquarters. The move extends a partnership that’s already delivered two years of steady growth and strategic wins.
Dapper Group CEO Damilola “Dapper” Akinwunmi didn’t hold back in expressing confidence about what’s next: “Rybeena has done in two years what takes most artists far longer, and this new deal is us putting real weight behind where he is headed.
