Davido Unveils Star-Studded Tracklist for Sixth Album ‘Oriadé’
Afrobeats superstar Davido is gearing up to deliver what could be his most introspective project yet. The Nigerian megastar has officially dropped the tracklist for Oriadé, his highly anticipated sixth studio album set to arrive July 31, 2026. The release carries extra weight as it commemorates a full 15 years since Davido first stepped into the professional music arena, making this not just another album drop but a career milestone celebration.
The 13-track project takes its name from Yoruba tradition, blending “ori” (destiny) with “adé” (crown) to symbolize a fulfilled purpose or crowned destiny. It’s a fitting title for an album Davido describes as a return to his roots—the raw, authentic sound that first propelled him to stardom. The roster reads like a who’s who of contemporary African and international talent: Ghana’s Black Sherif appears on “Amazing Grace,” while French-Malian sensation Aya Nakamura lends her vocals to “Yaya.” DMW family member Mayorkun teams up with Fola for “B4 B4,” and American R&B artist Leon Thomas features on “Tell Everybody.” Rising star Llona closes out the project on “My Light.”
Fans have already gotten a taste of Oriadé through two previously released singles—”I Know Who I Be” featuring JAZZWRLD and GL_Ceejay, plus “Gimme Dat Ting” with NO11. The complete tracklist also includes solo offerings like “On The Road,” “Julie,” “Constantly,” “Already Falling,” “Zanzibar,” and “Guide.” With this diverse mix of collaborators and sounds, Davido appears ready to prove once again why he remains one of Afrobeats’ most essential voices, even a decade and a half into his journey.
