Davido Reveals Oriadé Tracklist Featuring Black Sherif, Aya Nakamura and Leon Thomas

Davido is coming full circle. The Afrobeats titan has just dropped the official tracklist for Oriadé, his highly-anticipated sixth studio album set to arrive this Friday, July 31st. The 13-track project represents more than just another release—it’s a homecoming that marks exactly 15 years since OBO first stepped into the professional music arena.

The album’s title carries deep cultural resonance. Oriadé blends two Yoruba words—”ori” meaning destiny, and “adé” meaning crown—to symbolize a crowned destiny or life purpose fulfilled. It’s a fitting concept for an artist who’s spent a decade and a half ascending to global superstardom while staying rooted in his Nigerian heritage. According to the announcement, Davido is revisiting the raw, authentic sound that launched his career, using this album to celebrate his journey, his resilience, and the unwavering self-belief that carried him to international stages.

The feature list reads like a who’s who of contemporary African and international talent. Ghanaian breakout star Black Sherif appears on “Amazing Grace,” while French-Malian sensation Aya Nakamura brings her signature flavor to “Yaya.” Davido’s DMW family member Mayorkun joins forces with Fola on “B4 B4,” and American R&B artist Leon Thomas lends his vocals to “Tell Everybody.” Nigerian rising star Llona closes out the album on “My Light.” Fans already got a taste through the pre-released singles “I Know Who I Be” (featuring JAZZWRLD and GL_Ceejay) and “Gimme Dat Ting” (with NO11). Other standout titles include “On The Road,” “Julie,” “Constantly,” “Already Falling,” “Zanzibar,” and “Guide”—each promising to showcase different dimensions of Davido’s artistry.
